Anita Barone

Barone played Gail Cunningham in The Shoes in Seinfeld season 4. She played a cook named Elaine Benes who wanted shoes. In the early 1990s she was a regular member of Carol & Company with actress Carol Burnett. Barone was the actress's ex-wife in her first Friends' appearance. Jane Sibbett, who replaced Barone following her departure from the show because she wanted to play a part-time character in a larger character, was her replacement. She played the role of The Jeff Foxworthy Show's first season between 1995 and 1996 as well as The War at Home, from 2005 to 2007. In 2000 Barone was also a co-star on the sitcom Daddio. Barone is also credited from television which include Desperate Houswives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. Barone was awarded her Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award 2005 in 2004 for her work in the feature film One Last Ride. In 2010 three years after The War at Home ended its run Barone was cast in a regular role on the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as the character of Officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave, Barone's actor husband was a guest on the show for two seasons. Shake It Up in the part of J.J. Jones.
