Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible partner JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. Most people know me through my Instagram platform, @annephung. I post my daily life: my highs, lows and all between. My family moved to America. When I was of one and a quarter I was accepted into my parents. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot for a better life, I strived to be their proudest and had a clear vision when it came to success. My plan of life was for me to attend university, find work in a corporate then marry, and purchase an apartment. I thought that was the definition of success. However, however, life has other plans to show me the meaning of success. My corporate job in 2013 was something I dreaded. Money and status were not what I needed to feel happy. I felt I was wasting away my time to make a living. I possessed a love of working out and I enjoyed being social and helping others when I was navigating the new direction in my life. I discovered my passion for personal training. In 2014, I launched my business on the side and in this year 2021 I will be celebrating my 7th anniversary. Since I am a Asian female in this industry there are very many of us. As a coach, I want to be a positive influence by offering high-quality coaching to assist others in becoming healthier and happier. Also, I strive to inspire individuals to follow their dreams and do anything and everything they want to in life. My career was beginning to take off, I had the biggest loss in my life, my mother's passing away. Her eight-year battle with Scleroderma is over and she rests in Heaven. She will forever be on my mind and in my heart. my mind. If you don't realize it at first, life has a funny way of giving us what we really require. My mother's death affected me greatly and I am convinced that she offered me another chance to live my life. She died on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to start her new journey. I got my second chance at living the life of a fulfilled and happy. The thing I'm feeling now as I enter my 30s, is a feeling of vitality and awareness. It's as if I'm truly living and not just existing. I share my life and experiences with you, hoping that you'll be able to connect by my experiences and words so that you can know that you are not alone, for you to be aware that you are beyond capable of anything you set your mind to that true love exists that therapy is a necessity and normal as health is the greatest form of wealth. Since death is the only thing there is in this world, I hope you enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave without regrets.
